Participants learn how to prevent, recognize, and provide basic care for breathing and cardiac emergencies in infants and children under the age of 12. Participants learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) on child victims of cardiac arrest between the ages of 1 and 8. Class certification is valid for 1 year. If you register for the class online, you’ll have your certificate ready at the end of class. Cost includes individual manikin rental, skills cards, a 1 year certificate and the book. The book is $15 and is the same used for Adult CPR and First Aid. Only one book needed for all three courses!

Mormonism is one of the largest and fastest growing religions in America. Almost everyone has encountered a Mormon missionary at their door, workplace or local community. The purpose of this class will be to learn ways of witnessing to Mormons while also articulating our more cherished beliefs including the Trinity, Gospel and beliefs of the afterlife. Shawn Wagner. the instructor, has been a pastor in Utah and spent many years interacting and dialoguing with those in the Mormon faith. He's also participated in developing techniques such as "fullness of the everlasting Gospel" and "Back Door to the Trinity." If you are seeking to understand the Mormon faith on a deeper level or simply want to be prepared to share your faith, this class is for you.
